As your project nears completion, we walk through the space with you to address any final details or deficiencies. We’ll finalize any outstanding invoices, present a thank-you gift, and gather feedback on your experience. Our goal is not only a beautiful space, but a process that felt calm, collaborative, and expertly managed.
Finishing touches
Once your design is approved and materials are finalized, we move into execution. We coordinate with your contractor or builder, manage procurement and deliveries, and conduct on-site visits to ensure everything is installed to the highest standard and according to plan. We’re here to troubleshoot, communicate, and guide the build process alongside your team.
Implementation & Oversight
This is where the creative magic meets technical precision. We develop a complete design plan that includes floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, curated finish and material selections, mood boards, and sample boards. You’ll receive 2–3 curated options per key selection, making decisions easy and enjoyable. Two rounds of revisions ensure every detail is just right.
Design Development
Following the consultation, you’ll receive a personalized proposal tailored to your project scope. This includes your estimated design fee, timeline, service breakdown, and a detailed outline of what’s included. Once approved, we move into the design phase and begin bringing your vision to life.

Our journey begins with a 2-hour, paid in-home consultation. We walk through your space together, discuss your lifestyle, style preferences, needs, and goals, and take measurements and photos as needed. This is also your opportunity to ask questions, share inspiration, and get real-time advice from a seasoned expert.
Inital consultation
Our first conversation is a complimentary 30-minute call where we’ll learn more about your project, goals, and timeline. You’ll also have a chance to ask any questions and get a feel for how we work. If it’s a good fit, we’ll book your in-home consultation to move forward.
